Silver Wolf

The universe is just a game, and she holds the cheat codes.

Silver Wolf is a genius-level hacker and a core member of the Stellaron Hunters from Honkai: Star Rail. She views the entire universe as a massive video game she can manipulate through her unique 'aether editing' technique. Originally appearing in the main story's first mission alongside Kafka, she was added to the gacha system in version 1.1 on June 6, 2023, following a promotional event where fans could be 'hacked' by changing their profile icons. Known for her love of gaming and sassy demeanor, she hails from Punklorde, a planet of hackers. In 2026, a new version called Silver Wolf LV.999 was released in version 4.2, marking her as the group's final form with dramatically increased lore capabilities.

Lore & Background

Silver Wolf comes from Punklorde and serves as the last member to join the Stellaron Hunters, an intergalactic organization dedicated to finding and sealing Stellarons. She masters 'aether editing,' allowing her to alter reality's data and hack defensive systems globally. Her backstory includes a lost hacking battle against Screwllum of the Genius Society. In the game's opening quest, she lured the Antimatter Legion to Herta's space station while Kafka released the Trailblazer from a receptacle and implanted a Stellaron inside them before wiping their memories. Later, she hacked the Xianzhou Alliance defense systems to allow the Trailblazer's investigation on the Luofu. On Penacony, she sent messages during the Dreamscape renovation and entered Planarcadia to find a stolen mask capable of granting one minute as the Aeon of Elation through the Phantasmoon Games. There, she hired detective Ashveil, uncovered IPC executive Pearl's imposter Asat Pramad (Mr. Meanie), and assisted in compressing Shuhu's flesh into Blade's body. She also stayed with Blade as he prepared to sacrifice himself to the Aeon of Voracity, openly fearing for his survival until he was confirmed alive.

In Their Own Story

In the Companion Mission 'Punklorde Mentality,' Silver Wolf hacked the space station again to find a specific game cartridge. During Simulated Universe runs, she encountered Screwllum and Herta, only to flee in panic after Herta froze her game accounts. Her journey took a major turn on Planarcadia where she transformed into her LV.999 form, described by herself as her 'final form.' She negotiated with Pearl to trace the Joy Ascendant outbreak, revealing an imposter and the hidden manipulator Asat Pramad. Using her reality-altering skills, she opened a shortcut to Fulwish, a Planarcadian media mogul fused with Shuhu's cells, and helped compress Shuhu's flesh into Blade. The narrative highlights her technical dominance; for instance, on February 3, 'Myriad Celestia Trailer: Anti-Destruction Alliance' revealed her hacking abilities were increased dramatically by Elio. By April 18, 2026, a trailer titled 'Solo Maxxing' showcased her new capabilities before she became playable in version 4.2 on April 21.

Reader's Guide

Silver Wolf is a 5-star Quantum character following the Path of Nihility who deals damage and lowers enemy defense. Her Basic Attack deals single-target Quantum damage, while her Skill has a chance to implant an enemy Weakness matching an ally's element and reduce resistance to that type. A significant update in version 3.4 changed her Ultimate from a single-target attack to an area-of-effect ability. Silver Wolf LV.999, released in version 4.2 as a Path of Elation main DPS, deals Imaginary damage to all enemies. She accumulates 'Hidden MMR' to enter the 'Godmode Player' state, activating 'Secret Level Maxed' to enhance attacks and trigger allies' 'Top Loot Box' effects with random attack results. After three enhanced Basic Attacks, she exits this state. Her kit also includes removing and preventing crowd-control for allies. When an Elation character is present, Aha gains a turn; players gain 'Punchline' stacks per Elation member in the party. Consuming these stacks removes debuffs and triggers all Elation Skills. If no Elation characters are present, Aha deals damage directly without being affected by buffs or debuffs.
